eksa Jurisdiction Notice
We operate eksa only in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are lawfully permitted. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited by local law. Our service availability is determined by the legal status of online entertainment in each region — not by our choice to serve or withdraw from any location.
This notice explains the legal framework under which eksa operates, your responsibility to verify local compliance, and the limits of our liability and service scope. We are transparent about where we can and cannot operate. If you are unsure whether eksa is available and lawful in your jurisdiction, you must not open an account or attempt to access our platform.
Read this notice carefully. By accessing eksa, you confirm that you have reviewed this page and understand the jurisdiction-restricted nature of our service. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of eksa complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Our eksa Service Availability and Restrictions
eksa services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming, sportsbook betting, and live-dealer casino games are legally permitted. We do not operate where such services are prohibited. The legal status of online gaming varies by country, region, and sometimes by local jurisdiction — a service may be legal in one city (e.g., Jakarta) but illegal in another.
We monitor the legal landscape in all regions we serve and adjust our service availability accordingly. If a jurisdiction changes its law and online gaming becomes prohibited, we will cease operations in that region. We will notify affected account holders via email and process any outstanding withdrawals before the service closure date. We do not accept new registrations from jurisdictions where our services are prohibited.
Our payment methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) are chosen based on their availability and regulatory standing in the regions we serve. If a payment provider withdraws support from online gaming in any jurisdiction, we will discontinue that payment method for affected users and provide alternative withdrawal options.
Your Responsibility for Legal Compliance
By opening an account on eksa, you represent and warrant that you reside in a jurisdiction where our services are lawful. You accept full responsibility for confirming this. We do not verify the legal status of online gaming in your specific location — that responsibility lies with you. If you are uncertain, consult a local lawyer before accessing eksa.
We may, at any time, verify your location and jurisdiction status. If we detect that you are accessing eksa from a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited, we will suspend your account. Funds may be frozen pending investigation. If we confirm that you accessed eksa from a restricted jurisdiction, we may forfeit your account balance as a breach of our terms.
You acknowledge that online gaming laws change. A jurisdiction may be lawful for gaming today and prohibit it tomorrow. You agree to monitor changes in your local law and inform us immediately if the legal status changes. Continued use of eksa in a jurisdiction where gaming becomes prohibited is a breach of our terms.
Our eksa Does Not Claim Jurisdiction-Specific Licenses
We do not claim to be licensed by any specific country or region. eksa is not licensed in Indonesia, nor do we claim a license in any other single jurisdiction. We operate based on the legal availability of online gaming services in the regions we serve. We do not hold ourselves out as a licensed operator in any specific jurisdiction, and you should not assume that our presence means we are licensed by your government.
The legality of accessing eksa depends on your local law, not on any license held by eksa. Some jurisdictions permit online gaming without requiring operators to hold a local license (provided the service does not breach other laws). Other jurisdictions prohibit online gaming entirely. Still others require a license. We recommend researching your own jurisdiction's specific requirements before joining eksa.
We do not represent that eksa is licensed, regulated, or endorsed by any government body. We comply with applicable laws where we operate, but we do not claim regulatory approval or official status in any jurisdiction. Our legitimacy rests on our transparent operations, fair gaming practices, secure data handling, and commitment to player protection — not on government licensing.
Account Eligibility and Jurisdiction Requirements
To open an eksa account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or older) and you must reside in a jurisdiction where our services are lawfully available. You confirm this by creating an account. We may verify your age, residency, and jurisdiction status during onboarding or at any time during your account lifetime.
If we discover that you are ineligible (underage, residing in a prohibited jurisdiction, or using false identity), we will close your account. Your balance will be forfeited or returned to your deposit method, at our discretion. Accounts opened in breach of eligibility requirements are subject to permanent restriction.
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to open an eksa account.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
- You must not open an account on behalf of another person or use false identity information.
- You must not use eksa services from a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.
- You must inform us immediately if your jurisdiction's legal status changes or if you relocate to a prohibited jurisdiction.
Data Privacy and Jurisdiction Compliance
We handle your personal data in compliance with data-protection laws applicable in the jurisdictions where we operate and where you reside. Your data (name, email, phone, date of birth, payment information) is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law (e.g., to comply with a court order or regulatory investigation).
If your jurisdiction has specific data-protection requirements (e.g., GDPR-equivalent laws), we comply with those requirements for residents of that jurisdiction. You may request an export of your personal data anytime by contacting support. You may also request deletion of your data, subject to legal and compliance holds (e.g., we may retain transaction records for anti-money-laundering compliance for a period mandated by law).
Our privacy practices are outlined in detail in our separate Privacy Policy document. This Jurisdiction Notice complements that policy and clarifies how data handling intersects with legal and jurisdictional requirements. For questions about your data, contact our support team.
eksa operates transparently about jurisdiction limits.
We do not hide where we operate or claim false licenses. We are upfront: our services are available only where local law permits.
Changes to Service Availability and Account Closure
If legal changes or regulatory developments require us to cease operations in any jurisdiction, we will notify affected account holders with advance notice. We will provide a withdrawal window — a period during which users can withdraw their funds before service closure. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, etc.) during this window.
After the service closure date, we will close all accounts in that jurisdiction. Any remaining balances will be forfeited unless we can successfully process a withdrawal to your payment method. We strongly recommend withdrawing your funds immediately if you are notified of a service closure in your jurisdiction.
We also reserve the right to close your account if we discover that you are accessing eksa from a prohibited jurisdiction, regardless of when that prohibition came into effect. Account closure due to jurisdictional breach may result in balance forfeiture. We may also report suspected violations of local gaming law to relevant authorities if required to do so.
Liability Limitation and Disclaimer
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your access to eksa from a prohibited jurisdiction or in breach of local law. If you access eksa illegally in your jurisdiction and face legal consequences, we bear no responsibility. You acknowledge the risk and accept it entirely.
We are not liable for losses arising from account suspension or closure due to jurisdictional violations, undisclosed location changes, or legal status changes in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for failures to process withdrawals if payment providers withdraw support from your region or if local banking regulations prohibit cross-border transfers to your account type.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether arising in contract, tort, or statute. By accessing eksa, you accept these limitations. If you cannot accept these terms, you must not use our platform.
Contact Us for Jurisdiction Questions

If you believe your jurisdiction has changed its legal status regarding online gaming, or if you are aware of a legal development that affects our service, notify us immediately. We monitor regulatory changes continuously, but we welcome input from our users about local legal developments in their regions.
eksa remains committed to operating transparently and lawfully in all jurisdictions we serve. We prioritize player protection, fair gaming, and compliance with local law. If you have concerns about our jurisdictional standing or our compliance practices, we encourage you to raise them with our support team or legal contact.
